Cleaning Specialists is a family business based in Worcester run by myself Eddie Rhone and my wife Lesley. We have been established for 15 years.

We believe in giving our customers the best possible service, including old fashioned things like a specific appointment time not just stating mornings or afternoons. We like the personnal touch and we always like to keep you informed.

We have just upgraded a lot of our equipment to give a better and improved service. Van mounted equipment to give a more powerful and efficient clean, leaving your carpet and upholstery cleaner fresher and dryer.

If you are not happy for any reason with the cleaning we have carried out, we will return and reclean those areas you are not happy with for free. If you are still not happy then we will not charge you for the cleaning, if you have already paid then we will return your money. No small print, no strings,

When we have carried out the cleaning for you, if you want to you don’t have to pay me there and then. Post date your cheque 7 days or ask us to send you an invoice with 7 days to pay, this way you can be 100% sure that your happy with the cleaning before any money is taken from your account.

Before any cleaning is carried out we will give you a written quotation, there will be no extras no changes, the price we quote is the price for the cleaning.
